This Privacy Policy explains how The Creative Lounge Studios ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you visit creativeloungestudios.com, book a studio session, request a production quote, or join the Creative Club. By using our website and services, you consent to the practices described here. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, billing address, booking date and time, rental duration, selected add-ons, and any messages you send us. When you submit a production quote request, we also collect your company name, project type, estimated budget, and target launch date. Payment card information is processed securely through our payment gateway (Stripe) and is never stored on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to confirm and manage bookings, process payments, send booking confirmations and SMS reminders, deliver access codes and studio instructions, respond to inquiries, prepare production proposals, send review requests after your session, and — only with your explicit consent — send marketing messages about workshops, community nights, and member-only rates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or clicking unsubscribe in any email.
SMS Consent
By providing your phone number and checking the consent boxes on our forms, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages (booking confirmations, reminders, and access details) and, separately, marketing SMS messages (promotions and studio updates). Transactional and marketing consent are two separate, unchecked checkboxes on every form. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP.
Data Sharing
We share your information only with service providers who help us operate: our booking and CRM platform, payment processor (Stripe), email and SMS delivery providers, and analytics tools. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use your data to perform services on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Data Retention
We retain booking and billing records for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal and tax obligations — typically up to seven years for financial records. Inquiry and quote request data is retained for two years unless you become a client. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time. Security
