Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of creativeloungestudios.com and your booking of studio rentals and production services from The Creative Lounge Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a session, submitting a form, or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Studio Bookings
Studio time is booked by the hour with a two-hour minimum. A booking is confirmed only when payment is received. Your reserved time block includes a 15-minute strike window for the shooting sets and one hour for the event space, during which you must return gear, strike backdrops, and clear personal items. Overtime is billed at $20 per 30 minutes per set, prorated in 15-minute increments. Extensions require on-site approval and are granted only if the next slot is open.
Payment
All bookings are paid in full at the time of reservation through our secure payment gateway. Add-ons selected at checkout are charged together with your booking. Production packages require a deposit to hold your date; the balance is due per the terms in your proposal. Prices are quoted in USD and include applicable booking fees unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Studio rentals can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before your booked start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but convert to studio credit valid for 90 days. Event space bookings require 14 days notice for a full deposit refund; inside 14 days the deposit transfers to a new date. Production package deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a rescheduled date with 7 days notice. Full cancellation details are in our Studio Policies.
Use of the Studio
You are responsible for the conduct of everyone in your party during your booking. Each set has a headcount limit: 8 on the photo/video studio, 4 on-mic in the podcast studio, and 80 standing or 40 seated in the event space. Additional guests on shooting sets are $15 per person. The event space capacity is a hard fire-code limit. You agree to follow all posted studio rules and the directions of the on-site studio manager.
Equipment & Add-Ons
Core lighting, backdrops, grip, and audio gear are included with every set. Cinema camera bodies, specialty lenses, podcast mic packages, and in-house technicians are available as add-ons. You are welcome to bring your own camera, props, and wardrobe. You are responsible for any damage to studio gear, backdrops, or property during your booking, assessed at replacement or repair cost. Minor wear is never charged.
Production Services
Production packages (podcast retainers and brand content packages) are delivered on a monthly retainer basis unless a custom proposal states otherwise. Editing turnaround is 48 business hours for podcast retainers. Revisions are included per your package scope. Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days notice. Final deliverables are provided through your client portal. Usage rights for deliverables are granted per the terms in your production agreement.
Content & Usage Rights
You retain ownership of all content you create during your self-service studio rental. For done-for-you production, deliverables are licensed to you for use across your channels per the terms in your production agreement. The Creative Lounge may feature non-confidential behind-the-scenes and finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you notify us in writing before your session that your project is confidential.
Limitation of Liability
The Creative Lounge is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal equipment brought to the studio. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your booking. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking or service. You agree to use the studio safely and follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
Prohibited Conduct
Open food or drinks are not allowed on set or near gear. No glitter, confetti, sand, water-based effects, fog or haze machines, candles, or open flames without prior approval. No smoking or vaping anywhere in the building. No animals other than documented service animals. No adhesives directly on walls or floors. A full list is in our Studio Policies. Violations may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to disrupt its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false or fraudulent information. We may modify or discontinue any feature of the website at any time without notice. Content on the site is provided for general information and may be updated.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the date below. Your continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
